Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond promptly to inbound leads on Facebook and WhatsApp
2. Understand customer needs and recommend products from Shein, Temu, Alibaba, AliExpress, and similar platforms
3. Guide customers through pricing, shipping costs, and payment steps
4. Close sales and follow up until payment is confirmed
5.Coordinate with the Skynet shipping process to ensure orders are tracked through to delivery
6.Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and follow-ups
7.Build repeat business through excellent customer service
